OFT21-504A - Installation, commissioning and servicing of Air Source Heat Pumps
This course is aimed at experienced heating installers who wish to expand their knowledge & skills to include fitting heat pumps in domestic and small commercial properties. It will also enable you to meet the training entry requirements for the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS).
Completion of the course will provide you with a Level 3 Certification, increasing your credibility and giving you the competitive edge, as well as showing your customers that you are trained to the highest of standards.
You will also need to provide any SVQ or NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing, Heating/Ventilation, Gas or Oil certificates you currently hold. You will also need a WRAS Water Regulations and G3 Unvented Hot Water Qualification if you do not have this, or need to renew it, you must enrol on this course in addition to your Air Source Heat Pump course.
Pre – Requisites
This course has the following pre-requisite:
WRAS Water Regulations.
Unvented Hot Water Qualification.
You will also need to provide any SVQ or NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing, Heating/Ventilation, Gas or Oil certificates you currently hold.
