This course is aimed at domestic gas engineers who want to bridge into commercial gas work. During the course you will learn the key differences between domestic and commercial gas installations as well as legislation, testing procedures, commercial pipework, ventilation requirements and safe working practices

CIGA1 - Install, Commission, Service, Repair and Breakdown of Commercial Indirect Fired Heating Appliances and Equipment.
ICPN1 - Instillation First Fix Commercial Pipework.
TPCP1 - Strength, Tightness Testing and Direct Purging of Industrial and Commercial Installation Pipework (IGE/UP/1)
COMCAT1 - Install, Exchange, Disconnect, Service, Repair, Breakdown and Commission Commercial Catering Appliances (Table 1 Grouping)
COMCAT 3 - Install, Exchange, Disconnect, Service, Repair, Breakdown and Commission Commercial Catering Appliances (Table 3, Grouping)
Pre – Requisites

Current CCN1 Core Domestic Gas Safety.

Practical experience working within the gas industry.

Be gas safe registered for at least 1 year.
